Here is one of my favorite and easy go to breakfast recipes. The best part is my toddler loves it too!
1-Minute Healthy Mug Breakfast
1 egg
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
handful of blueberries
1/2 tbsp of brown sugar
splash of milk
Mix it all up into a coffee mug!
Put it in the microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
Transfer to bowl, let it cool and enjoy!
And…egg whites too to be healthier!
