10 on 10 {August 2014}

Here is a sneak peek of our day!

 Not only is today the 10th day of the month, today is also hubby’s birthday! To prepare for his special day Sarah and I made him breakfast.

Including these yummy cinnamon rolls.

After breakfast we hung out at home and did miscellaneous things around the house. My silly girl didn’t want to sit still for a pic. Toddlers!

Later that afternoon we put Sarah down for a nap. She was more interested in the camera then going to sleep.

Unfortunately she didn’t nap that afternoon. I had errands to run so I headed over to Target. I found a couple of new flavors of chips. I love spicy food so I got Sriracha for me. 

Once home, Sarah and I made a cake for daddy.

Later that evening my Mother-in-Law came over with a bunch of Polaroid pictures of hubby.

I spy a Sarah smile!

While I continued to look at the pictures, hubby was busy prepping the BBQ.

Dinner was simple and yummy. For dessert we had the cake Sarah and I made earlier in the afternoon. We sang Happy Birthday and watched as hubby blew out the candles.

We ended the night with one of our favorite shows, Suits.
