A few years ago we took the kids to LA Zoo Lights.
LA Zoo Lights is LA Zoo’s annual holiday event. There are beautiful light displays, a Holiday Village walk through, Reptile LAIR viewing area, a Twinkle Tunnel, Holiday treats and lot’s of fun winter themed photo ops.
Here is a peek into our adventure.
Once we walked in we were in awe of all the lights!
We even spotted my favorite animal, Flamingos!
You might be asking, where are the animals? No animals will be viewable during LA Zoo Lights during the nighttime holiday experience.
My kids loved hanging around the Holiday Village.
We ate dinner at Zoo Grill. They had the cutest dinner options for kids. It came with a juice box, your choice of hot dog or chicken nuggets, and animal crackers.
We stopped by the Reptile LAIR.
Dance parties are always a fun idea!
After walking around for a bit we stopped for hot cocoa and warm churros.
Everything was well lit and organized.
Thank you @lazoo for the invite to check out your Zoo Lights. We had so much fun! We walked around for over three hours, enjoyed the lights, and warmed up with hot cocoa.
