10 pictures on the 10th day of the month. Finding life and beauty in the ordinary things of our day to day!

Here is a sneak peek of our day!
My Monday started off at 2 am when Sarah woke up crying. We had just returned from a trip to Israel, so we were very very jet lag. I don’t do well when I don’t sleep. So hubby took over while I tried to sleep. However around 6 am hubby and I switched jobs as Sarah was awake for the day. I hate you jet lag!!!
First things first, I made a much needed cup of coffee.
Since I was already up I decided to unpack the remainder of the suitcases. I manged to unpack, wash all of our clothes and put all of our clothes away within 24 hours! I deserve a cookie or some wine or both.
Our morning activity was a fun play date at Torrie and Bradley’s house.
After helping set up their new volleyball net, the moms and I played a fun game of volleyball. The next morning I woke up to a sore arm and shoulder from serving the ball so many times. I’m such a wuss!
It’s really starting to feel like Spring in California (who am I kidding…we never really had a Winter this year)! After our sweaty game of volleyball we turned on the water snake, stripped the kids and had fun running through the water.
Due to our jet lag, bed time and naps have been all over the place the past few days. Luckily I got Sarah to nap at a normal hour. I love watching her sleep. Even if it’s through my iPhone.
After catching up on email (I’m way over due. I received over 700 emails while In Israel!) I sat and watched some reality TV. I was able to watch two episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. I like this show. It reminds me of my sisters.
After Sarah’s nap we snacked on one of our favorite snacks, hummus and pretzel slims.
While prepping for dinner, Sarah played with her favorite figurines. She is absolutely obsessed with anything Minions!
For dinner I made our family favorite, pasta with meatballs.
