We had a lovely and chill Valentine’s Day this year.
We started our morning off with heart shaped cinnamon rolls and eggs.
We lounged around most of the morning until Sarah and I decided to paint our nails.
During nap time I decided to open my gift of chocolate truffles and enjoy some me time.
Instead of going out for dinner, hubby decided he wanted to cook instead. He made us Pasta Primavera with homemade garlic bread (from leftover challah bread).
The recipe was so good I thought I’s share it with my readers here.
This is the menu we were given prior to dinner. How cute?
After dinner we watched a movie on the couch. Sarah wanted to watch Cars.
For dessert I brought out my gift, root beer floats.
