August Recap {2013}

Once again this month was a really busy month for my family!

Hoping we slow down a bit in the fall. Only 2 weeks left before school starts!

We celebrated a lot of family birthdays this month. Hubby, my mom, my cousin Natalie, great aunt Aileen and my Rebbetzin Leah were all born this month.

We attended the last Summer Concerts at the Park :-(

I celebrated my Blogoversary and had a giveaway!

Sarah and I attended Alex’s 2nd birthday party.

I attended Enza’s baby sprinkle.

I made Strawberry Oatmeal Bars and Almond Biscotti with Chocolate Chips for the tea party.

I went to a Mommy Night Out to celebrate the August birthday girls.

Camp Mommy continued. We went to the farm, the beach, kids club at the mall, indoor play place, pool, splash pad, mommy photo shoot, and of coarse made art on Make Mondays.

Hubby and I went on a date. Something we haven’t done since January! We saw Two Guns with steamy Mark Wahlberg.

I’ve always wanted to host a Tupperware party. So after some research I located a rep in our area. She came over one morning to demonstrate her Tupperware.

I made these yummy Glazed Doughnut Muffins for the morning event.

A few days later, I decided to join her and became a Tupperware Lady.

My girlfriend Cheryl invited a few of her friends to her uncle’s condo for a girls trip. It was a nice and relaxing couple days!
