Just like that my baby is 18 months old!
Jacob’s 18 month old stats:
Weight: 21 lbs 5 oz (13%)
Height: 32.5 inches (50%)
Clothing Size: 12-18 months and some 18-24 months
Diaper Size: size 4
Food: Drinks milk from a sippy cup 2x a day. One time when he wakes up and before bed.
Sleeping: Jacob naps once a day. He wakes up between 5:30-7 am (too early for this mama) and goes to bed around 7pm. Sarah was the worst on the go napper. She always needed to be in her bed for naps and bed time. Luckily Jacob can fall asleep in the car and then be transferred to his crib.
He also transferred into the carrier one time so that I could run an errand. 
While waiting in the return lane, a sweet lady asked me if she could take a picture. Thanks for the sweet picture!
Milestones: Says 15 words.
Likes: He LOVES trash trucks and can hear their beeps a mile away. Almost like a dog spotting a squirrel. It’s super cute!
He also loves balls of all sizes (if he spots one he runs right over to it), baths, puzzles, singing songs, stacking toys, and playing peek-a-boo.
Dislikes: Sitting in the stroller for long periods of time. He wants to see and play with anything he can get his hands on.
