Jacob’s 1st Haircut

As the Jewish tradition goes we don’t cut a boy’s hair until 3 years old. The reasoning behind it is the Torah compares a man to a tree, whose fruit can’t be cut until it turns three. So after everyone got to snip his curls at his Lighting McQueen birthday party we took him the next day to get a proper haircut where daddy gets his haircuts.    He was so good! He sat down nicely and only moved around when the buzzer “tickled” him. Bye bye curls! They gave us this cute certificate and baggie where we saved his curl and will put a picture of him with his new haircut.

Next up was daddy’s turn!

My handsome boys!

I’m one lucky mama to have such handsome boys in my life!
