It’s been a great year! Let’s look at some highlights.
{January}
Sarah started gymnastics and learned how to tumble.We celebrated Tu Bishvat with the family. We also went to a Tu Bishvat festival were Sarah got to pet a yellow snake.
My aunt Jackie and her friend came to visit us from Israel.
We went on a family adventure to the zoo. We once again saw a snake.My first review of the year was an Influenster Box.
{February}
We went on a family adventure to a nearby zoo for Lego Day.Sarah and I baked goodies for Valentine’s Day.We took Sarah on her first international flight to Israel.{March}
Sarah turned 3 years old! We celebrated her birthday with a Doc McStuffins themed party. We celebrated Purim by dressing up like the cast of Despicable Me.{April}
Sarah and I attended a PJ Library event where we were introduced to Sarah’s favorite kid band, The Beat Buds.We participated in weekly visits to the senior home with The Sunshine Club.{May}
We went to the beach for the first time in the year!
I celebrated Mother’s Day with a yummy brunch at Malibu Cafe.
We attended the Israel Festival and met up with our friends from Lamaze Class.
{June}
Last day of Mommy and Me.I started Camp Mommy.
We attended the first of many summer concerts at the park.
{July}
We celebrated 3rd of July with the mommy group.
My aunt, Aline came to visit us from Israel.
I took my annual girls trip to Vegas.
{August}
We celebrated hubby’s birthday with brunch at home.
{September}
Sarah started preschool!
Sarah started attending ballet classes.
We went to the Art Festival, Town Fair and First Responders Fair.
{October}
We went to the Avocado Festival.
My sister, Oshrat came for a visit.
We announced that we were expecting a baby in April!
We hosted a Spooky Shabbat.
{November}
We celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary!
Sarah and I went camping with our mommy group.
We had a bad Thanksgiving experience.
{December}
The month started off with my 33rd birthday.Then we went on our annual trip to Florida where we celebrated Chanukah with my east coast family. We completed the year off with our good friends and good food at a NYE potluck party.It’s been a great year!!
I’m looking forward to the new addition to our family and adjusting to life of 4.
