Planning a family getaway to Palm Springs? Look no further than the ultimate family resort at the stunning @renaissanceesmeralda! I love staying at resorts that have everything you need right on the property. With a beach entry pool, activities for kids, dive-in movies, a game area, and on-site restaurants, you never have to leave.
We decided to stay in the Executive Suite which included 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed for our family of 4. That way we all had space to spread out.
Day 1
After we settled in we walked around the beautiful hotel and grabbed dinner at The Place.
The Place offers an enticing dining menu and innovative cocktails. It’s the perfect spot to catch a game on one of the big screens or enjoy live entertainment on select nights.
After dinner, we walked outside for the evening activity, which featured cotton candy and a dive-in movie.
Day 2
We started the day with a cabana rental and some pool time.

We enjoyed the beach-entry resort swimming pool and the H20 Pool Bar.
After some sun we decided to check out Club Esmeralda. Located only a few steps away from the pool is an area for kids that features children’s activities through out the day. Led by skilled and creative counselors, the program offers dynamic activities including face painting, arts and crafts, slime, jewelry design, sand art, family games and more! Parents must stay with children during activities, but be sure to check out their after hours drop off program.
In the evening we enjoyed lawn games and dinner in the resort.
Day 3
We started the day with breakfast at Cava. We loved their breakfast buffet and fresh juice station.
We returned to Camp Esmeralda for their popular stuff-a-buddy activity. It requires advance registration and comes with an additional cost.
